textmoa is run by one independent developer. Send a note to the address below and it will be read in order; anything fixable gets fixed. Replies usually take a few days, sometimes longer.
What helps most
- Which tool (e.g. Word Counter, JSON Formatter) and what went wrong. The result you expected next to the one you got is the fastest route to a fix.
- Browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows, Safari on iPhone).
- The rough length and kind of input. Please do not send the actual text. Never paste a password or JSON containing tokens into an email; a short made-up example is enough.
Also welcome
- A count that does not match the rules of the site you are submitting to (say which site and rule)
- A small tool or option you wish existed
- Wrong facts on a page, or awkward English or Spanish wording
